Is It Summer Yet?

(One view of the frozen tundra in Massachusetts)

I started this morning thinking I would blog about today’s date and expounding on calendrical coincidences, but I was delayed in getting started because of travel from Florida to Massachusetts…between packing time, getting to the airport time, flight time, car rental time, dinner time, getting to our house time, walking into the house and realizing the TOTAL house is a construction site, and uninhabitable……time. On top of everything the temperature here is sixty degrees cooler than it was when I boarded the plane this afternoon in West Palm Beach. My mind justs wants to shut down. What saved my marriage to my travel companion is the fact that her sister also owns a second home in Massachusetts ten minutes from ours so fortunately we have accomodations and are not forced to go to a hotel. We turned her heat up and any hour now my involuntary shaking should subside. We plan on being here for two weeks…did I ever mention I hate cold weather?

  2. I do not know C…When I first joined “WordPress”, it was offered as one of many choices. It was soon after I retired in 2010 and it fit my mood of “moving on”.
